So you’ve finagled your way through all the hiring red tape and find yourself in a position you are quite sure you aren’t really ready for. You are surrounded by people you are almost certain dislike you or are judging you based on your age. Let’s face it, you are indeed young, probably fresh out of college and you don’t know anything about managing humans.
So should you:
- Tuck your tail between you legs, and retreat? Let someone else deal with the headache.
- Line up all your employees, and tell them all the reasons why they have to respect you?
