Our operating philosophy is driven by our founder and President, Austin Baker. In addition to his work with HRO Partners, Austin is a founding member of National Enrollment Partners, and board member for many non-profits. He is also a past president of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a graduate of the Leadership Memphis and New Memphis Institute Leadership programs and has been honored as Entrepreneur of the Year and Top 40 under 40. He is passionate about both the community and education, and always looking to help grow and develop the people, clients, and communities around him!

I am the Founder/CEO of a charter management organization in Memphis, TN that operates 3 college-prep charter schools. We opened our first school in 2009 with limited staff.
